Simply Sweet

Lemons are an amazing detoxifying fruit, but their peels aren’t detoxifying for your juicer. In fact, they will probably kill it, so save yourself the overheating headache and peel that lemon prior to juicing.

If this blend is too sweet for you, YAH! Throw in some greens and remove 1/2 an apple.  Play around with the taste to meet where you are in your juicing journey.

Great article on your husband in the newspaper! Back to you now! Thanks for posting the different juices going to try this one and I did go buy some decaf tea from whole foods and it is really good, thanks again for your suggestion.

I bought a juicer last year, but have not used it consistently. Partially because I am overwhelmed by the choices for juice – thanks for the beginner recipes, these will come in handy!
