We’ve been talking a lot about juice the last few weeks in our Juicing 101 series:
Why not get cracking on some juicing?!
Today’s juice is very simple. It’s a great “beginner” juice for someone new to juicing or who just needs a simple juice to get out the door.
These are staples we often use in juice that, on their own, are amazing. These 3 simple ingredients make a fantastic, easy-to-drink juice.
I like this blend most because it’s a great balance. It’s not overly sweet, but it also doesn’t taste like you’re drinking tree bark. And if you’re not used to juice, you might think some of the juices I make now taste like tree bark. Or so says a friend who I forced to drink a really heavy vegetable-based juice last week. Can you believe it? Tree bark! The nerve!
The staples: carrots, celery and an apple. Easy peasy!
Keywords: juice apple carrot celery
Ingredients (10 ounces)
